Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First part: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI)<=30 ?/m2; 4. Suspected difficult airway patients: mouth opening <= 2 cm, and it is expected to be difficult to ventilate without a mask. Second part: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI)<=30 ?/m2; 4. Patients with identified difficult airway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: First part: 1. Patients who are expected to have difficulty in mask ventilation; 2. Patients with a long-term history of taking sedatives or drug use before surgery; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases before surgery, or those with obvious abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indicators; 4. Those who are allergic to anesthetics. Second part: 1. Patients with a long-term history of taking sedatives or drug use before surgery; 2.
