Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-85 years; 2. Conform to MCI diagnosis; 3. Visual and hearing are normal, and various assessments can be completed; 4. Voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nervous system diseases or other serious chronic diseases; 2. Drug or alcohol abuse; 3. Participate in another clinical study; 4. Contraindications to MRI, including the presence of metal implants and claustrophobia.
