Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults (2016 Revised Edition); 2. The history of coronary heart disease is clear, and coronary angiography or coronary CT can confirm or exclude coronary heart disease; 3. Aged 18-75 years, and the nationality is Han; 4. Long-term residence is Beijing; 5. Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a clear diagnosis of secondary hyperlipidemia; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, blood system diseases or immunodeficiency; 3. Liver insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase increased by more than 2 times the normal value); 4. Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine increased by more than 1.5 times the normal value); 5. Combination of diseases that can cause hormonal changes in the body, such as pituitary tumors, thyroid dysfunction, epinephrine tumors, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; 6. Those who need long-term hormone therapy due to existing diseases.
