Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years and diagnosed with AECOPD according to GOLD; 2. Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other chronic respiratory diseases (such as asthma, lung cancer interstitial disease, pulmonary disease (ILD), active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis and other non-chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases); 2. Critically ill patients and patients who have been transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU); 3. Patients who need to be transferred to surgery due to other diseases and need to be intubated during hospitalization; 4. Patients receiving corticosteroids for other diseases (such as immune rheumatic diseases).
