Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of head and neck head and neck cancer who are planning to undergo surgical treatment. 2. Tumor site: (1) Partial resection of the tongue (removal volume is less than 50% of the tongue body); (2) Total glossectomy (removal volume is greater than 50% of the tongue body); (3) Tongue root resection; (4) Resection of the upper palate; (5) Fundectomy; (6) Partial pharyngectomy. 3. Tumor staging: stage III and stage IV. 4. Repair type: (1) direct suture; (2) adjacent flap repair; (3) forearm flap repair; (4) peroneal myocutaneous flap; (5) anterior lateral/medial thigh flap; (6) pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. 5. Lymph node dissection: (1) neck lymph node dissection; (2) suprahyoid lymph node dissection. 6. Patient age: less than 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairment, cognitive impairment and other reasons cause the patient to be unable to cooperate with evaluation and intervention measures; 2. Due to the functional damage of important organs such as the heart, liver and kidney, the researchers believe that they are not suitable to participate in this research.
