Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as choledocholithiasis or cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis; 2. After stone removal, the common bile duct was confirmed to be unobstructed by choledochoscopy, without residual stones, inflammatory strictures and anatomical abnormalities; 3. No blood supply damage to the bile duct wall and tissue defect of the bile duct wall; 4. The general condition is good, and there is no serious organic disease in the heart, lung, kidney and other important organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of upper abdominal surgery; 2. The diagnosis of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requires puncture and drainage or emergency surgery; 3. Mirizzi syndrome; 4. There are other malignant tumors; 5. The clinical data of the patient are missing.
