18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. BMI index 18.5-25.0 kg/m^2; 5. Ultrasound screening for patients with kidney depth (the distance from the skin surface to the renal capsule) <40mm; 6. Cardiac function grades I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have decompensated heart disease (including arrhythmia) and/or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Nervous system diseases; 3. Peripheral vascular disease; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Hb<90g/L; 6. Impaired renal function (creatinine higher than the upper limit of normal).
