Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is in line with the gestational diabetes patients proposed by the Obstetrics Group of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the Gestational Diabetes Collaborative Group of the Perinatal Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes (2014); 2. Aged 20-45 years, 24-26 weeks gestation, singleton, patients diagnosed with GDM for the first time, and have not participated in the health education guidance similar to this study; 3. The patient has a middle school education or above, good communication and communication skills, masters the routine use of WeChat tools, and WeChat communication and interaction are barrier-free; 4. The patient did not use insulin during this pregnancy; 5. Patients gave informed consent, cooperated voluntarily, participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of gestational diabetes or those with heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Those who do not give birth in our research hospital; 3. Lost contact for various reasons or unwilling to continue participating in the research.
