Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Neural interventional therapy or compound surgery is required due to cerebrovascular disease; 3. Suitable for two approaches at the same time; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. The Allen test is abnormal.
