18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited, ASA grade I-II; 2. Laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery is planned to be performed under general anesthesia, and the expected duration of the surgery is no more than 4 hours; 3. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to anesthetics; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Those who suffer from nervous system diseases and take sleeping pills or sedatives for a long time; 4. Anemia (Hb < 9.0 mg/dl); diabetes; severe hypertension; 5. Alcoholism; 6. Those who are mentally abnormal or unable to cooperate with communication difficulties.
