Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic right lobectomy under elective general anesthesia, regardless of gender; 2. Aged 18-75 years, BMI<30 kg/m^2, ASA grade I-III; 3. Those who intend to perform VDLT1. on the left side; 4. No obvious oral and dental abnormalities; 5. Mallampati classification I-II; 6. No obvious organic lesions and functional abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate; 2. Patients who were initially screened for difficult airway; 3. Those who have previously performed pharyngeal and vocal cord surgery, etc., which have an impact on intubation; 4. Congenital tracheal wall abnormalities; 5. The tracheal wall is weak due to tumor infiltration or infection; 6. Leukemia, lymphoma, long-term use of steroid drugs; 7. The operator is left-handed; 8. Those who have unexpected situations during the operation (such as intraoperative bleeding and transfer to ICU, etc.).
