Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by clinical and imaging examinations; 2. Aged 40-79 years; Brunnstrom stage >=3; Ashworth score <=2; 3. The patient's condition is stable and can maintain a sitting position for more than 30 minutes, which is in line with the standard of rehabilitation exercise therapy; 4. No severe cognitive impairment (scored according to the Mini-Mental State Examination scale), and informed consent of the patient has been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure; deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Limb fracture patients; 3. A history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs in the past.
