Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, ASA I-III, PD patients who plan to undergo DBS and place a pulse generator; 2. Aged 18-65 years, ASA I-III, non-PD patients who are going to undergo facial nerve decompression; 3. Patients and their family members signed the informed consent form after understanding the research content in detail.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver and kidney; 2. BMI > 30Kg/m^2, or BMI < 20Kg/m^2; 3. Suspected difficult airway; 4. Obstructive sleep apnea; 5. The recent use of aminoglycoside antibiotics, phenytoin and other drugs that interfere with neuromuscular excitation conduction; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients; 7. Have a history of allergy to rocuronium bromide; 8. Combined with severe respiratory diseases.
