Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-85 years; 2. Reverse from the end of August 2021, and live in Qiliping for 2 months or more; 3. Able to take care of themselves in life, able to go to medical institutions independently, and their cognitive function is basically normal; 4. Priority is given to chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, sleep disorders, respiratory diseases, and depression (research in the literature shows that the occurrence and development of these diseases are closely related to epigenetics); 5. Able to independently provide blood pressure values three times a day a week; 6. No serious illness, life expectancy more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria: With infectious diseases.
