Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-75 years, gender is not limited; 3. Subjects are willing to collect and send samples in strict accordance with the sampling procedures; 4. (Applicable to healthy volunteers only) Vital signs, physical examination, blood routine, blood biochemistry, and urine routine are all within the normal range or abnormal but the researchers consider it to be insignificant; 5. (For patients only) Diagnosed with chronic kidney disease; 6. (For patients in Phase II study only) Subjects enrolled in the renal bone disease group should meet the following conditions: The target value of full-segment parathyroid hormone (iPTH) is 2 to 9 times the upper limit of normal, within this range is defined as iPTH compliance group, above this range is defined as iPTH non-compliant group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current chronic diseases that may interfere with research data, including but not limited to intestinal diseases, multiple organ failure, etc.; 2. Severe acute diseases or acute attacks of chronic diseases that may interfere with the research data occurred within 1 month before screening; 3. The results of four tests for infection are positive; 4. Those who have used antibiotics and probiotics within 1 month before the start of the study; 5. Drinking a lot of alcohol or significantly changing eating habits within 1 week before the collection of stool samples; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for entry into the study by the investigator.
