Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who underwent elective laparoscopic radical gastrointestinal tumor resection in gastrointestinal surgery, aged 18-70 years; 2. ASA I-III class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of analgesics; 2. Anyone who has an adverse reaction to D-ketamine or ketamine; 3. Hypertension patients; 4. Patients with increased intracranial pressure and glaucoma; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. History of vertigo; 7. And other cases where dexketamine is not applicable.
