18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Newly diagnosed diabetes; 3. Those with a long course of diabetes with a course of diabetes >=10 years, and those with fasting C-peptide 200-400 pmol/L or fasting C-peptide =18kg/m^2; 6. HbA1c 7.5-10% and FPG < 15.6mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Acute complications of diabetes (including diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state); 3. Severe impairment of liver and kidney function (ALT, AST greater than three times the upper limit of normal; eGFR less than 45ml/min/1.73m^2); 4. Acute severe infection, malignant tumor, pregnancy or planning pregnancy; 5. History of severe gastrointestinal disease and gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Other diseases that affect glucose and lipid metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; 7. Past or current history of thyroid cancer and pancreatic disease; 8. Can not sign informed consent; 9. The investigator judges that the follow-up visit cannot be accepted for other reasons; 10. Hypersensitivity to GLP-1 receptor agonists.
