Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of full-thickness rotator cuff tear (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, supraspinatus/infraspinatus), and conservative treatment for 6 months has failed. 2. Preoperative MRI and intraoperative arthroscopic exploration showed that the tear was less than 5cm in sagittal plane. 3. The fat infiltration of the tear rotator cuff does not exceed grade 2. 4. Preoperative and postoperative imaging examinations were completed in our center, and shoulder MRI was guaranteed at 1-year follow-up. 5. Sign the informed consent. 6. This rotator cuff repair is a non-revision case.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a clear trauma, combined with shoulder dislocation, Bankurt injury, etc.; 2. Surgery for the shoulder joint on the affected side in the past; 3. Huge irreparable rotator cuff injury; 4. Shoulder infection, osteoarthritis, acromioclavicular arthritis and other changes; 5. The mental retardation or other reasons cause the patient's behavioral ability to be limited and unable to sign the informed consent; 6. Combined with subscapularis muscle injury; 7. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease, blood system disease or advanced tumor.
