Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo open lumbar spine surgery; 2. Preoperative dual energy X-ray examination; 3. Obtain informed consent from patients or guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited physical activity caused by previous underlying old diseases; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Can not tolerate or cooperate with the research.
