16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 16-65 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; 3. ASA is classified as II-III; 4. Can tolerate general anesthesia bariatric surgery; 5. Those who agree to perform arterial puncture and catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with mental illness by a psychiatrist and cannot cooperate with the arterial puncture operator; 2. The modified Allen's test is positive; 3. The puncture site has infection, arteriovenous fistula, nerve injury, coagulation dysfunction, etc.; 4. NYHA cardiac function class III-IV, respiratory failure; 5. Suffering from chubby-Willi syndrome; 6. Those who have undergone nasal cannula oxygen inhalation or face mask oxygen therapy before surgery.
