18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke, the course of the disease is 1-6 months; 2. MMSE score > 10 points, able to cooperate with various examinations and treatments; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. No history of shoulder pain within the first half year of stroke; 5. Shoulder pain VAS >= 3 points; 6. Be aware of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, shoulder joint trauma and joint surgery before stroke; 2. Patients with pain caused by other reasons (cervical radiculopathy, fracture, central nerve pain, etc.); 3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, organ failure, endocrine diseases, etc.; 4. Those who cannot be injected due to local skin damage, inflammation, etc.
