Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants: clinically diagnosed as ACL injury, while the contralateral knee joint is normal; 2. Age: 18-45 years old; 3. Injury time: old injury (more than 3 months); acute injury (within 3 months); 4. Injury type: sports injury; 5. Pre-injury level of exercise: regularly participated in sports before injury; 6. Gender is not limited; 7. Inpatients; 8. All use autologous tendon for reconstruction; 9. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple ligament injury (ACL injury combined with MCL injury that does not require repair and reconstruction is not included in the exclusion criteria, if ACL injury is combined with ACL injury that requires repair and reconstruction, it is excluded); 2. Non-sports injury (work injury, car accident, self-fall while not exercising); 3. Patent epiphysis; 4. Combined with other system diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, etc.; 5. Drug and/or alcohol abuse; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients.
