Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 70 years, gender is not limited; 2. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an expected survival period of less than 6 months due to a major disease. 2. Patients with aphasia, delirium, and patients who cannot communicate due to severe cognitive impairment, who do not agree to participate in the survey.
