Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with new-onset herpes zoster neuralgia within 2 weeks; 2. Pain score >= 4 points; 3. Aged over 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tumor patients; 2. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Those with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with systemic infection or local rash area infection; 5. Patients who are allergic to drugs; 6. Breastfeeding and pregnant patients; 7. Patients with mental disorders.
