Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of primary oral cancer by pathological histological report, with tumour sites in the lip, buccal mucosa, maxillary and mandibular bones and gingiva, posterior triangle of the molar, hard palate, soft palate, free part of the anterior 2/3 of the tongue, and floor of the mouth; 3. Surgical procedure of extended oral cancer resection and tissue flap transfer repair; 4. Clear consciousness and able to cooperate in completing the training manoeuvres; 5. Daily use of WeChat by the patient or family members; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or concurrent other diseases affecting swallowing function, such as stroke, craniocerebral injury, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 2. Combined serious systemic diseases such as liver, kidney, heart, lung or haematological diseases; 3. Distant metastases; 4. Pre-operative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. Still with tracheal intubation or tracheotomy cannula due to the condition; 5. Still requiring fasting from food and water due to the condition.
