18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. BMI >=30 kg/m^2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-III; 4. Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy with no contraindications to surgery; 5. Patients and their families have signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unresolvable air leak during mask compressions, tracheal intubation time > 5 min; 2. Patients with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or lung infection in the last 4 weeks, pulmonary CT indicating atelectasis or pneumonia; 3. Diseases affecting the thorax and pulmonary compliance such as corpus cavernosum, funnel chest, chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema and acute respiratory distress syndrome; 4. History of neuromuscular dysfunction; 5. Presence of allergy or contraindication to conventional anesthetic drugs; 6. Expected difficult airway requiring awake intubation; 7. History of severe bronchial asthma; 8. History of severe cardiac disease with cardiac function class III-IV; 9. Patient is participating in other studies at the same time; 10. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
