18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Non-respond to NSAIDs for 4 weeks; 3. Swelling and tenderness of knees confirmed by physician; 4. A high erythrocyte sedimentation rate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other inflammatory arthritis,such as rheumatoid arthritis and peripheral spondyloarthritis; 2. History of tuberculosis; 3. History of tumor; 4. Female in pregnancy or lactation; 5. Allergy to JAK inhibitor; 6. Severe disfunction of liver or kidney.
