Experimental group:C3,4,5 nerve roots block (0.5% Ropivacaine)
Control group:Interscalene block combined with intermediate cervical plexus block (0.5% Ropivacaine)

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I to III; 2. Scheduled for middle and inner one third clavicle fracture surgery; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. BMI 18-26 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, Patients with psychological or mental diseases, or uncooperative patients; 2. Infection near the procedure area; 3. Allergy to local anaesthetics; 4. COPD and other Respiratory diseases, bleeding disorder, other serious systematic diseases; 5. Contralateral phrenic nerve palsy.
