Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 8 to 75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of allergic asthma; 3. Patients or family members of the paediatric patients have informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other lung disease such as COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, activity of pulmonary tuberculosis disease,etc; 2. Patients with an autoimmune connective tissue disease such as systematic lupus erythematosus,Sjogren syndrome, etc; 3. Patients with other serious diseases; 4. Psychiatric patients or patients who cannot cooperate for other reasons.
