18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, gender is not limited; 2. Understand and sign the informed consent; 3. Patients with cerebral ischemia who need superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass surgery to improve intracranial blood supply confirmed by cerebral angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 2. Patients with respiratory failure who need to use a ventilator; 3. Patients with heart disease with right-to-left shunt, patients with known severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary arterial pressure > 90 mmHg), patients with uncontrolled essential hypertension, and patients with adult respiratory distress syndrome; 4. The use of dobutamine in patients with cardiovascular instability is concondicated; 5. Patients who have had anaphylaxis due to SonoVue injection; 6. Patients with myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia.
