18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Migraine patients who have never been treated or have not been treated in recent three months; 2. Healthy control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia has been diagnosed; 2. Blind people, obvious atrophy of one or both eyes, glaucoma, severe inflammation of eye related tissues, retinal detachment, and other eye diseases that affect the detection; 3. Severe cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis; 4. Cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction occurred within one year; 5. A serious or contagious skin disease; 6. Influenza, infectious pneumonia and other diseases; 7. Patients with severe psychological or mental diseases, such as claustrophobia, schizophrenia, severe depression, etc.; 8. Patients with other serious neurological, psychiatric and other systemic diseases.
