Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II - III; 2. Aged > 50 years; 3. BMI < 30 kg/m^2; 4. The patients underwent general anesthesia after resection of lesions with supportive laryngoscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Raynaud's syndrome; 2. Allen test was positive; 3. Difficult airway, markovich grade > 2.
