40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was rated I-III by The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); 2. Unilateral total hip arthroplasty at an elective time; 3. 40-75 years old; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-30 kg /m^2; 5. Patients who are willing to accept sciatic improved superior iliac fascia block, sciatic nerve block, femoral nerve block, periarticular infiltration analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ppatients with multiple chronic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 2. Contraindications (local infection, sepsis, original nerve abnormalities of lower limbs); 3. Severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; 4. local anaesthetic allergy; 5. Patients with extrarticular pain; 6. Long history of analgesia, sedative drug treatment and drug abuse; 7. Use of anticoagulants or coagulation disorders; 8. Neuromuscular disease/injury on the affected side; 9. Hip revision surgeon.
