Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic patients; 2. CEAP clinical classification >= C3; 3. Ipsilateral non-thrombotic iliac vein stenosis >= 50% (area reduction via CTV); 4. Collateral veins open at the stenosis lesion; 5. Persisting symptoms after 3 months of compression therapy; 6. Reflux time of GSV > 0.5 second; 7. Age between 18 and 85 years old; 8. No anticoagulant or antiplatelet drug medication history; 9. No other surgical contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of venous thromboembolism; 2. History of atrial fibrillation; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension and systolic pressure >= 180 mmHg; 4. Hemorrhagic disease history within 6 months; 5. History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within 3 months; 6. Advanced cancer patients; 7. History of vascular malformations and arteriovenous fistulas; 8. Inferior vena cava obstructive disease and patient refusal.
