Control Group:Using the standard method of drinking when patients drink water 2 hours after extubation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. For patients undergoing thoracotomy under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass, the operation types were heart valve operation and coronary artery bypass grafting operation; 3. The patients were intubated through mouth; 4. The patients are sober and have no barrier in language communication; 5. Tracheal intubation was removed within 48 hours after operation; 6. The voice was normal after extubation; 7. Informed consent was signed before operation and written consent was given to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postoperative delirium; 2. Patients with hoarseness after operation; 3. Patients with dysphagia after operation; 3. Aged >= 60 years; 4. The patient complained of nausea and vomiting after extubation; 5. Patients suspected of digestive tract diseases requiring water deprivation; 6. Patients with tracheotomy or nasotracheal intubation.
