Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of research objects:(1) primary care doctors; (2) voluntary participation. 2. Inclusion criteria of evaluators (patients):(1)primary care patients;(2) Aged > 18 and < 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria of research objects: (1) there were doctor-patient legal disputes within 3 months;(2) complaint by patient within 1 month. 2. Exclusion criteria of evaluators (patients): (1) cognitive impairment;(2) unable to fill out the PSD form.
