Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College performed robot-assisted laparoscopic gynecological tumor surgery patients from September 2021 to September 2022; 2. ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative complicated with obvious pulmonary diseases, such as COPD grade 3, pulmonary infection, etc.; 2. Previous pulmonary surgery; 3. Breathing air SpO2 < 95%; 4. Unable to cooperate with lung function tests; 5. Transfer to ICU after surgery; 6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.
