18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subect signs the informed consent; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Prepare for gastroscopy; 4. Patients with reflux-related symptoms who received proton pump inhibitors orally for 2 weeks after gastroscopy, and their reflux symptoms improved by more than 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Erosive esophagitis was diagnosed in the past 6 months; 2. Barrett's esophagus; 3. esophageal or gastric polyps, ulcers or cancers; 4. Previous gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Esophageal stenosis; 6. Long-term use of drugs that affect esophageal peristalsis; 7. Systemic diseases that may interfere with esophageal motility; 8. Use PPI or H2RA within 4 weeks prior to gastroscopy.
