Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In the FCD group, epilepsy was diagnosed preoperatively, with unsatisfactory control of various antiepileptic drugs, FCD was confirmed by postoperative pathology, and the family members of the patients were informed and agreed to participate in the program preoperatively; 2. The control group was the patients with traumatic brain tissue that had to be removed, and the patients' family members were informed and agreed to participate in the program before surgery; 3. In the tumor group, patients were diagnosed with intracranial tumor preoperatively and glioblastoma by pathology post-operatively, and their family members were informed and agreed to participate in the program preoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The collected specimens do not meet the test requirements.
