Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conforms to ACL injury standard: (1)Front drawer test and Lachman test are positive; (2)MAGNETIC resonance imaging of the knee showed ACL injury or complete fracture; (3)Intraoperative arthroscopy meets the ACL injury criteria; 2.Unilateral knee ACL injury, aged 18 to 50 years; 3.The operation was performed in strict accordance with the ACLR procedure of the department of orthopaedics of our hospital, and the operation was performed by the same group of doctors from the department of orthopaedics; 4.Can cooperate with early rehabilitation training and can tolerate general rehabilitation training; 5.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with posterior cruciate ligament, collateral ligament injury or other joint fractures; 2.Patients with nerve injury; 3.Reconstruction failure and severe postoperative infection; 4.Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, diabetes, disc herniation, epilepsy, etc.
