Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female; 2.It meets the diagnostic criteria of BD in DSM-5 (which can be divided into two subgroups: BD-I and BD-II); 3.All subjects signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women in pregnancy or lactation period; 2.Persons with mental retardation or substance abuse; 3.Suffering from serious physical diseases, chronic infections and other mental diseases; 4.Patients are taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids or other immunomodulators.
