Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease, the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease diagnosed by head CT or MRI, the first onset, in the recovery period; 2.Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 3.Patients with completely independent activities of daily living before onset; 4.Patients who can communicate with language, have reading and writing ability, and have no cognitive impairment (AMT) >= 8 points were screened with the Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT); 5.Patients with swallowing dysfunction were assessed with the Feeding Function Assessment Scale (FOIS) and the low-lying field drinking water test; 6.Patients who completed all interventions and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 2.Patients with other serious diseases: such as malignant tumors, severe trauma, respiratory failure and heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.Patients who participated in rehabilitation training guidance or joined other related studies in other medical institutions; 4.Patients who voluntarily proposed to withdraw from the study.
