Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Group A: HIV confirmed positive; Age >=18 years old; Did not receive any ART in the past. 2.Group B: HIV confirmed positive; Age >=18 years old; Use of ART program containing TDF for at least 1 year. 3.Group C: HIV confirmed positive; Age >=18 years old; Use of ART regimen without TDF for at least 1 year. 4.Group D: Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hepatitis B and C; 2.Patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperparathyroidism), chronic kidney disease, diabetes, rheumatic diseases, hypogonadism, hypothalamic pituitary diseases and malignant tumors; 3.Long-term hormone users; 4.Women who use medroxyprogesterone for a long time; 5.Patients who drink a lot of alcohol for a long time; 6.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and heart failure; 7.Pregnant and lactating women.
