Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Good medical condition; 2.Patients with chronic subdural hematoma over 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.CSDH with focal location (confined to the frontal lobe or temporal base or interhemispheric space, without cerebral convex involvement), thickness less than or equal to 10 mm, or no mass effect (cortical flattening or midline displacement); 2.CSDH that developed with underlying conditions (vascular lesions, brain tumor, arachnoid cyst, spontaneous intracranial hypotension, or previous craniotomy); 3.Life expectancy of less than 6 months.
