Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with first diagnosis of COPD and meeting the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD of the Global Initiative on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2013 edition); 2.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were unconscious and unaccompanied by family members and could not be asked about their past history; 2.Patients with serious comorbidities such as malignant tumor disease and immune deficiency disease; 3.Patients do not follow the medical advice or leave the hospital automatically; 4.Transfer; 5.Transferred to other specialties.
