Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe COPD who have received EBV treatment in our hospital; 2.Patients with pulmonary CT images and lung function test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bullae occupying more than 30% of the thoracic cavity.
