Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.ASA I-III grade; 4.Body mass index BMI between 18.5-24kg/m^2; 5.The patient agreed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of alcohol and drug abuse, chronic pain and neuropathy; 2.Diabetic patients with allergy to ropivacaine, coagulopathy, injection site infection and poor glycemic control; 3.Liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Mental illness, inability to cooperate and communication disorder.
