Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is under the age of 70 years old and signed the informed consent; 2.The subjects were patients with clinically pathologically diagnosed prostate cancer, who received standard Walsh bilateral nerve spreservation surgery according to the standards of the American Anti-Cancer Society (AJCC) in 2002, and the anesthetic drugs, methods and time were fixed; 3.The surgeons were fixed as experienced specialists (the number of surgical cases was > 300), the operation method was fixed operation, the operation time was controlled within 2 hours, the operation site was fixed, and the amount of blood loss was <50ml, no damage to other organs and tissues; 4.Agree to receive penile rehabilitation treatment after RP operation, and take drug dosage and time fixed; 5.Sexual life needs, diabetes, severe obesity, fatty liver, gout and other serious diseases such as malignant tumor, chronic liver and kidney diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious postoperative complications, such as urinary incontinence, severe hematuria, infection; 2.Tumor recurrence and metastasis in a short period after surgery; 3.Complicated with chronic diseases, such as diabetes, other malignant tumors, liver and kidney insufficiency and serious cardiovascular diseases, etc.
