Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with spinal dysfunction (degeneration, trauma, tumor, inflammation, deformity); 2.General anesthesia, posterior approach surgery; 3.The surgical position is prone position; 4.The skin before the operation is complete; 5.Operation time >=3h (from the end of position placement to the end of operation); 6.Duration of postoperative hospital stay >=3 days; 7.Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with acute and chronic skin diseases; 2.Accidents occurred during the operation; 3.Sudden change of disease requiring emergency surgery; 4.With a history of pressure injury.
