Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 2.The first stroke, the course of 1-6 months, clear mind, can cooperate with treatment; 3.Aged 50 to 70 years; 4.Brunnstrom grade III-V of the affected lower extremity; 5.The patients and their families informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor lower limb function, unable to stand alone and walk slowly; 2.Patients complicated with myocardial infarction or combined with liver and kidney dysfunction, severe infection, severe diabetes, tumor and other patients; 3.Hemiplegic gait caused by spinal cord and peripheral nerve injury and other diseases; 4.Had a history of mental illness.
